    • Valid for customers aged 21 years and above, Singaporeans, PRs, EP and SP Holders, who have not visited Spa Infinity before. Not valid for existing package holders. 
    • Surcharge on massage services of S$10nett per pax applies for weekend and PH appointments. Festive surcharge of S$21nett per pax applies for facial appointments during blackout period (client will be advised).
    • Optional top-up of S$21 for couple massage treatment room, subject to availability upon request.
    • Prices are inclusive of 8%/9% GST. 
    • Please quote ‘Maybank’ promotion when making an appointment, subject to availability. 
    • Not valid with other promotions, privileges, discount cards and promotional vouchers, whichever.
