· Valid for customers aged 21 years and above, Singaporeans, PRs, EP and SP Holders, who have not visited Spa Infinity in the last 18 months. Not valid for package holders.
· Surcharge on massage services of S$10nett per pax applies for weekend and PH appointments.
· Optional top-up of S$21 for couple massage treatment room, subject to availability upon request.
· Prices are inclusive of 9% GST.
· Please quote ‘Maybank’ promotion when making an appointment, subject to availability.
· Not valid with other promotions, privileges, discount cards and promotional vouchers, whichever.
· Elements Wellness Group reserves the right to amend any of the terms and conditions without prior notice.
