What to expect on your first visit

DAY 1

HEALTH HISTORY

You are required to fill up a health assessment form for the doctor to understand your history and concerns better.

CONSULTATION

The doctor will take this time to evaluate your condition, analyze the causes and root of the problems.

EXAMINATION

The doctor will assess your condition via various physical examination protocols. X-rays may be recommended where necessary. Chiropractic Adjustment will only take place after the X-ray report of findings.

DAY 2

CHIROPRACTIC ADJUSTMENT

The doctor will review your X–Ray report of findings with you, and explain your current spinal condition and causes of problems. After analysis of your X–Ray, the doctor can proceed with chiropractic adjustments to correct the vertebral subluxation in your spine, to restore proper motion and function, and solve the root of your problems with regular treatments.

Subsequent Visits

INITIAL CARE (3-6 months)

Patients start their chiropractic care here. Frequent adjustments are highly recommended (2-3 times/week) to correct, reverse and restore your spinal instability and any nerve irritation that you may have. The main focus here is to reduce symptoms and allowing your body to change.

CONTINUAL CARE (1 year)

At this stage, conditions are more stable; however, aches and pains may still be present. Reconditioning and strengthening of your spinal muscles, ligaments and joint motions are being done here. To prevent recurrence of your initial conditions, adjustment momentum must still be maintained. (1-2 times/week)

MAINTAINENCE CARE (> 1 year)

Continuing of care is being enjoyed by many; it allows them to save money and time by keeping minor problems at bay and living a life without aches or pains. (1-3 times/month)
